Amendment 001 to the FY 2024 CINR FOA includes the following changes:
• updates the page limit for CVs for IRP and R&D Full Applications from 2-pages to 3-pages
• updates the link for the 2023 MSI eligibility matrix
• updates language for the Japanese Atomic Energy Association under International Collaborations
• corrects the description in Topic Area 10 of Appendix A
