The Department of Energy has issued an amendment (00003) for the Consolidated Innovative Nuclear Research (CINR) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). The purpose of the amendment is to update the FOA document to include details of the IRP-NE-1: Grand Challenge Problem for Nuclear Energy workscope.
