The Office of Nuclear Energy (NE) is finalizing the Consolidated Innovative Nuclear Research FOA and anticipates that the funding opportunity will be released by the end of June. The Department encourages potential applicants to begin preparing their applications based on the draft FY 2024 CINR Topic Areas. NE anticipates that the draft topic areas will be closely aligned with final topic areas. 

The schedule for the CINR FOA will be adjusted, once it is released, to provide reasonable timeframes for application submittal.
