Amendment 001: This amendment makes the following changes:
- Part I.C: Moved unallowed cost section from B to C and added "Indirect costs are not allowed for the 50% of the budget that must go to equipment and upgrades (e.g., physical infrastructure/equipment).
- Part I.D: Changed cooperative agreement to grant.
- Part IV.D.10.4: Provided further instruction for the budget justification.
