University Nuclear Research Infrastructure Revitalization
NE has allocated a combined $7 million for the University Reactor Sharing and Outreach Program and University Nuclear Research Infrastructure Revitalization funding opportunity announcements (FOAs).
The University Nuclear Research Infrastructure Revitalization FOA supports the revitalization of U.S. capacity for university-led nuclear R&D by establishing or improving university nuclear facilities, equipment, and other related capabilities.
Applications were due February 14, 2024 at 5pm ET.
DOE plans to announce the awardees for each FOA in the spring of 2024.
