Title: This is for your reference only, it is not used in the design
INL_PageElementType: This should be set to "Page Title"
INL_TextArea: This field allows you to add information to the area above the Page Content area. It can be used for more than just the title of the page.
NEUP Calendar: This is where you can add new events to the upcoming event calendar
